thank you for letting us know. Are you playing via Steam or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/ Msstore) in Plitch?
Did you try gaining or spending some Raw Science before and after activating the cheat (with 'Prepare' active)? Also, are you playing the public_test beta version of the game?

I'm playing from the MsStore. I'm not playing the beta version of the game just the latest Ms version. I made sure both prepares were active as well when I did the raw science cheat, as well as I picked up and spent some science to see if it would work.

Have you tried verifying your game files in the Microsoft Store? To do this, right-click on the game in the Xbox app -> Manage -> Files -> Verify and repair.
Are you playing offline/solo?
