Did you select the steam version in the trainer? Are you playing the singleplayer (offline) and not online?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?

hi I have simular problem the two gun ones, infanite ammo and no reloading time, don't activate at all. I'm on story mode with steam version selected and everything.
