thank you for reporting the issue. Are you referring to the health cheat for your character or your companion?
Also, please try to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the cheats after fully loading your save file.
