Do you run PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights? (right click on the desktop icon > "Run as Administrator")
What is the problem exactly? Can't you activate the cheat or is it not showing any difference when it is activated?
Sometimes there is the possibility that you first have to change the value manually in the game and then activate the cheat.
Please try the following: Spend something from a recource. Then activate the cheat and spend some of the resources again.
Has the value now increased?

yes i do have them both on admin. it activates but does not do anything doesent change on pickup or when i sell things

thank you for trying that out! Please also try to activate the resources cheat in the ship menu where you see the resources. This can help to load all values.
Then close the menu and open it again to see the new updated values.
