hi i am new to this trainer, i am not used to it but if someone could help me figure it out the first time i should be golden i just started playing lumberjack simulator, and cant seem to get the cheats to work. please and thank you

You should be golden means you should be premium?
If so please open up a support ticket -> https://www.plitch.com/en/Support

What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
Did you activate the prepare in the Work Mode Menu?
Is your numpad turned on?
