thanks for letting us know. Please try launching PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, fully load your singleplayer save file and try to activate the Prepare.
