Steam wont open after i shutdown my computer

1 Postssteam got stuck loading screen when i try to open it, and its happen everytime i used plitch to cheat on spesific account, i try another account that i dont use plitch, it open perfectly. anyone can help this case?

what order do you launch first-last. Have you tried both? Also, no matter what order, make sure you launch Plitch as administrator.
