I'm sorry about the confusion. The request list for new cheats is an internal list.
the new cheat for technology points is still on our list, but unfortunately I have to put you off. When cheats aren't included in the first batch for the trainer release, it's often because those cheats aren't super easy to find/create. This can, as in this case, lead to long waiting times.
