Unfortunately the changing the item amount to choice is still hosed. It does not add any amount. I have turned off av, run the trainer and game in windowed fullscreen. Is there something else I am missing. WIn 11 and plenty ram.

the game received an update and we need to adjust the cheats to the new version.
