Updated to v1.0.28
I was gathering this may be the issue. The money cheat is not working and the game is on a new version. The trainer is for v1.0.24 and it is not on v1.0.28. I tried the other usuals like making sure I launch in admin and launching the game with Plitch.

Nevermind the money cheat is working. There just appears to be an unusual amount of decimal points in play. It is set to 1000 but it looks more like it is adding 1.00 maybe.

Hi! The update is already on our to-do list and our Patcher team will look into updating the trainer as quickly as possible. It might be that the game calculates the money value you enter in PLITCH differently than 1:1, could you check what happens if you enter a higher value (for example 100000) in the value field in PLITCH and then activate the cheat?

Currently it looks like 100000 is added 1000 dollars initially when I made the post I had not tried that so I saw no difference but that is what I probably tried to poorly share in the second comment when I set it 999999. It looks like even though the game doesn't have cents that it is maybe reserving 2 decimal places at the end perhaps?

You are right, with the last update there was a change to how the game code work. We have also updated PLITCH and now you get the correct amount of money.
