Hey, how am I supposed to use weak AI? Once I used it correct, but right now I have problem with it. If I use it, It apply for my squad and not for enemy.

You need to select the enemy team, activate the cheat, deactivate it, go to your own squad menu, activate the perfect squad cheat, deactivate it.
