Hey DeltaV,
thank you for reporting the issue. Did you ensure to select the latest Steam version in PLITCH when playing via Steam? Also, please run both Plitch and Steam as administrator! To do this, right-click on the desktop icon or the .exe file and select 'Run as administrator'.
