when playing via MS Store, please ensure to select the latest MS Store version in PLITCH: https://i.gyazo.com/510de78ee0924d59357163680621471c.jpg
Then launch the game manually via the Xbox App, load your singleplayer save file and try to activate the Prepare. After that you should be able to use the rest of the cheats.
