Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescriptions?
Are you playing via steam or epic?

i do exactly what it says but instead of the xp going up it goes down

Did you make sure to select the steam version in the trainer when playing via steam?

The same is happening to me. I'm playing through steam and I've tried all the versions but still giving me negative XP. Your advise is appreciated.
