Risen 2 - Dark Waters certainly offers a unique twist on the RPG adventure genre that left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciate the vast array of quests and the fascinating element of voodoo magic that adds depth to the gameplay, I can't help but feel that it strays too far from the world and narrative established in Risen 1. It often feels like a different game entirely, which might alienate fans of the original.

That said, I invested around 30-40 hours into my adventure and thoroughly enjoyed my time, using the godmode cheat to enhance the experience. The game really does polarize; you either love the new direction or wish it had stuck closer to its roots. For me, one playthrough has been enough to appreciate what it has to offer, but I may not be returning to it anytime soon.

PLITCH is awesome! PLITCH is awesome! It's easy to use, it's convenient (No more minimizing games to change settings thanks to the PLITCH Overlay) and they only provide cheats for single-player games, which is a huge plus in my opinion.
