Doesn't work on my dedicated server

I am sure this is because it's considered "multiplayer" however it used to work a while back. I have a dedicated server for me and my wife to play on together. We just want to have fun building. The free craft / no item wear doesn't work. Some of the cheats do. But when I try to build with the free craft it shows the item as "Craftable" even if I don't have the material, but when I click it nothing happens.
