we're using the ingame godmode and this is what it says in the official wiki:
"While active, all player-buildable buildings are available without research, and are constructed instantly and at no cost when placing down the blueprint. Note that "deconstructing" is instantaneous, but leaves behind resources as appropriate to the item(s) deconstructed.
Mining orders are also completed instantly upon designation but return the minimum yield."
