Hey Kimi Aittakumpu,
please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load in a mission and activate the cheats. Please give it a try and let me know if you run into any issues.
