thank you for reporting the issue. Are you trying to create a game, payment, website or client ticket?
Please try performing a clean installation of PLITCH using the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe file. You can find it by right-clicking the PLITCH icon, selecting "Open file location," and looking for a file named "unins000". Use this file to uninstall PLITCH, then restart your PC. After that, download and reinstall it using the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware. Once reinstalled, please try the client again and try to create a ticket following the usual steps.
