I cant use the prepare button or any other cheats?
It recognizes the game and everything is updated. Im using steam and have selected steam on plitch.

Do you run PLITCH and Steam with administrator rights? To do this, select the desktop icon with the right mouse button and select "Run as administrator". It is not enough to be the admin user set on the computer.
Please also try to set Steam offline. To do this, open your Steam library and click on "steam" in the top left corner. There you can then select "Go offline ...".
