in the ITEMS section of the cheats you can increase items in you inventory.
If you go to the MATERIALS section in your game inventory you should be able to increase the number of the materials you already own.
Very important: something that is not there can not be increased... That means you need to find it first, have it in your inventory and then increase its number with PLITCH.
