It seems the cheat for the "Control" resource is resetting the value (sometimes to negative sometimes to a very large negative number) even when it appears it's working.
For example, I have 4 control, use the cheat and it looks like I have nine, then I spend 8 and it goes to something closer to -4 or -248234.
