Prepare won't enable the cheats

USing steam version. I can't engage the prepare button either with keypad nor mouse clicking on the arrow.

No, messed around trying enable at different points in the game loading process, but nothing seem to work.

go into your setting and re-enable the tutorial then start a new game this will let it work

It's a shame more game devs do not enable rollbacks as a default option in Steam.
