Request - option for adrenaline to increase by 1 level per kill
Hi would it be possible to add an option for adrenaline to increase by 1 level per kill instead of instantly going to level 5 on 1 kill like it does now (easy kill)? This would give us a perfect in-between option that's not as easy as 'easy kill' but much more fun than the default 3 kills per level for adrenaline.

If this request does make it through Plitch internal request, it would pretty awesome to also add infinite melee like dash but for melee - not sure if this is possible. I can't tell if the pause between melee strikes is an animation or a cool down. Edit: Nvm. It looks like its an animation.
