Stuck on loading screen

It was working a few days ago. Suddenly just stuck on loading screen. I have already tried the cleanup tool and deleting the megadev folder. I even went the route of resetting my entire PC. It's still not working.

PLITCH was closed, and you ran the tool as admin and got the prompt that everything was deleted?
After that you downloaded the newest setup from plitch.com and reinstalled as AdmiN?

PLITCH was closed, and you ran the tool as admin and got the prompt that everything was deleted?
After that you downloaded the newest setup from plitch.com and reinstalled as AdmiN?

Have you tried re-installing the VC runtime from Microsoft: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe ?

same issues did both steps can't get it to load. its been weeks thus far :(

Download the plitch utilities tool and repair your trainer
