I only use this program to try to get more Technical points to unluck skills, but whenever i try, for example if i click to add 4 poimts , instead of giving me 4 points it takes ALL the points off that i earned and gives me negative amount

did you follow the steps in the cheatdescription? You can open up the description by clicking on the "i" symbol right next to the cheat :)
