which exact cheat are you trying to use that is not working?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Are you using mods?
Are you playing via Steam or Epic?

I'm sorry but we do not support mods. They can move or even get rid of certain injection points which the trainer uses.
