Unfortunately, other mods alter the game's structures, so PLITCH can no longer locate them. Unfortunately, PLITCH cheats cannot work alongside other mods, as other mods usually directly modify the game's structures, preventing PLITCH from functioning properly.
I can recommend to only use the PLITCH cheats without other mods. Then everything should be working.
