Just launch the game manually via epic and select the steam version in the trainer ;)

The Epic version is 25681.8, and everything appears to work and does not crash the game. An odd thing, though, it that in God Mode, I do not take damage, but damage seems to accumulate, putting me repeatedly at Deaths Door, giving greater and greater penalties. Has it always been like this, or is the updated version causing damage 'sync' issues?
