Sorry Iron Julia - on the staff skills increase - that appears to work if you unassign the worker then re-assign to the job - sills then increase. The only thing that doesn't appear to work is the stock levels as they continue to deplete??? Which is a pain!!! Thank you apart from that everything else seems to be sorted.
