Disclaimer on Plitch

I see the warning about International and German versions and uncut and cut. I am not sure what all this means. If  I purchase the current Steam 'Ultimate Edition' (base game plus all DLC), wll Plitch work?

I'm honestly not sure. 
In germany we only have access to the cut version.

It appears that the Ultimate Edition sold through Steam works fine with Plitch so far.  Some of the mods had this same type of disclaimer and indicated that the Steam version was required. So,  I think I am good to go...

i think they meant older version of the game since sometime companies like to re-release games that had dlc as 1 game like skyrim to  skyrim special edition since both are by bethesda it doesn't surprise me that would be the case
