What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

Yes, preparing for cheats doesn't work, Gold/exp cheats dont work, instant recruit, rescources, godmode and focus cheats work though.

Did you activate the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?
Are you using mods?
Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?
