Read the two threads on here previously and it won't prepare. Not using mods. Game is a fresh download. 

Prepare won't work. None of the other cheats will activate except the one for starting traits, but it doesn't change anything.

Are you playing the full version or demo?
Can you launch plitch and steam with admin rights?
