I just keep getting error message to restart the client. game loads fine and then when i switch to client just error over and over

thank you for reporting the issue. Please make sure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on their desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH, load your savegame and try to activate the cheats.
