are you playing via Steam or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/Msstore) in the trainer?
Were you able to activate the prepare?

Steam... yes... yes. The issue is that the dweller ones like max stats & godmode aren't working.
Recently after a patch they started working until I decided to increase the amount of quantums spammiing the button a bit., I ended up with the game crashing and pitch with it. Upon restart of both the issue I described before returned.
