all i have activated is unlimited shield and unlimited clip and when i go pick up a grenade launcher is crashes

Are you playing via steam or origin?
Can you send us your savegame before picking up the grenade launcher?
You should be able to find it here
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save\ME2
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer, generate a link and post it in the forum

i figured it out had to turn it off before picking up grenade launcher. but how do i get the xp cheats to work im play on EA app which i think its the same as origin but when i click on the xp cheat it doesnt do anything
