thanks for letting us know. Is there a specific point when you unlock group of guests? Also, could you provide us your savegame? This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
You should be able to find it here: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Museum\Cloud<user-id>\
Then you can open up a support ticket and attach a ZIP folder: https://www.plitch.com/en/support
