Is the gold cheat the only one that's not working?
Did you gain/spend some gold BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?

With the game's current build, the gold codes are not working. Activating the code before buying
anything does not increase the gold on hand, and after buying an item, using the code does
not give you any gold.
