In general, please ensure to launch both PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". After that launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and load in your singleplayer savegame. Start a mission and once the mission is fully loaded, try to activate the Prepare by pressing the hotkey or by clicking on the cheat manually in the client. Then you can use the rest of the cheats.
