thank you for reporting the issue. Are you playing via Steam, Epic or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/ Epic/ Msstore) in Plitch?
Is the item cheat not working on a specific item? Or in general?

Hey there! I am playing on steam and have Steam Wintermute selected. The item cheat is capping everything at 20, but still reducing the quanity as the item is used. There's somewhat of a workaround by dropping and picking back up, which will reset the amount to 20. Not 100% that this works every time. In Survival it just stacks and never goes below 20. Perhaps it's just a limitation of the different modes, but thought I'd check on it.

Could you maybe provide us your savegame so that we can take a closer look at the cheat?
