Hey Young PM,
thank you for letting us know. Please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by rightclicking on the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame.
