Please check the infinite HP cheat, works on your buddy but not your character, especially on higher difficulties.

Also Item Stack max messes with Automation of Gramies because they pick one item up and it maxes the item out and cause them to not work properly. Should be made to player only.

I'll check the Hp mod today. The items mod should only be used when selecting items in the inventory due to how the games was coded.

Edit: I could not replicate the problem you described for the health mod. The only thing I noticed is that if the damage that you take is greater than your max health, you will still die.

I added a mod to Set the Max Health, that should fix your problem.

The problem is if you use the cheat the Grammies that are working get affected with it too. So as soon as they pick an item from the chest it bugs them out since they now have a full stack of what ever item they took out and start freaking out and can't make anything.

All it takes is for you to flip the cheat on for all of them to bug out from it. Even if you flip it on quick and turn it off that all it takes lol. The only way to stop this from happening is to turn them all off and thats a pain in the butt to do, especially when you have a large city with a bunch of em.

I think setting this value to maxStack - 1 should work. The only reason why I did it this way was because if you add more items than the max stack, the game removes that item from your inventory automatically when you drop the item.

Yeah the stacks are so tiny its a problem. Since it is EA I'll try and push for bigger stacks on the game side.
