What exactly is not working for you?

The speed modifier is working but I cannot get the money hack to work even when in the trader menu.

Please ensure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrators, since the trainer requires admin rights to fully function. To do this, right-click on their desktop icons and select “Run as administrator".

I have followed the steps but I still do not get the additional gold when I sell an item to the trader.

Never mind, the movement speed modifier works well which is the main thing. TQ2 is a great game but the characters move too slowly.

UPDATE...

It seems to work with the Quartermaster in the Enclave.
