the last public update on steam had been on 11/02/2023. Yesterday came an update on another version: https://steamdb.info/app/1432860/depots/
PLITCH is only running with the public version.

If you look at the link I sent you, you will see the "Branches" tab. You'll have to scroll down a bit.
There you will see that the public version has not been updated recently. The public version is the latest regular version available. You must have installed the public version via steam.
