Perfect needs = no population growth

If you have perfect needs enabled, population will not grow as beavers do not need sleep. Would be nice to have an option to max out all stats except sleep.

thanks for the hint, didn't noticed it but I added a second "perfect needs" cheat without the sleep now 😉
