Plitch preparation button won't work and will crash
I am playing the dx11 non rt version of the game since many mods won't run on the newer RTX build, and the preparation button won't engage and crashes the Plitch app even if I mash it too many times.

Support is also broken on the app, it will not send tickets and crashes.

thank you for letting us know. Please try performing a clean installation using the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe file. You can find it by right-clicking the PLITCH icon, selecting "Open file location," and looking for a file named "unins000".
Use this file to uninstall PLITCH, then restart your PC. After that, download and reinstall it using the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware.
Once reinstalled, please try launching the game following the usual steps and using the cheats again. Please also try to create a support ticket and if that's still not working, please send us your all.txt file which is located here: %AppData%\Roaming\PLITCH\logs
This way we can take a closer look at your client.
