Also, do you play the game via Steam, Epic or Rockstar Launcher and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Epic/ Rockstar Launcher) in PLITCH?

Yes it does work everywhere except New Austin.

Thank you for the reply. You can only officially access that part of the map during the game's epilogue. If you try to enter the area before then, the game triggers a scripted death that we cannot bypass, even with cheats. Have you already reached the epilogue in the story?
