Please try verifying your game files in Steam. You can do this by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.
Also, are you playing offline/solo?

thank you for the video. Could you maybe provide us your savegame?
You should be able to find it here: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/SengokuDynasty/Saved/SaveGames/GameSaves
Then you can open up a support ticket and attach a ZIP folder: https://www.plitch.com/en/support
