This request should be relatively easy as it leverages existing code.
Here's the situation:
Problem for me was that, without the SimSimRate command to slow the animation speed, the game looked cartoonish and felt arcade-like.
Using the setsimrate command, I could slow the animations to the point where they were enjoyable BUT Relic did something really ill conceived here - they made it so that you can't advance past a mission if you used the -Dev switch to start.
So - the request would be to allow the player to set a value between 1 - 100 (DOW III command console usage is setsimrate(N) in the Plitch console and then when triggered, call the in-game function without tripping the -Dev flag that prevents the player from advancing at the end of campaign missions.

I'm sorry but we currently have no plans to add more cheats to this game.
