thank you for reporting the issue. Please ensure to launch both PLITCH and Steam as administrator. To do this, rightclick on their desktop icons and select "Run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate the Prepare after fully loading in your savegame.
